MCSA Kick Starts HOD's Cup

 

The MCSA HOD cup started on the 2nd of May and ended on the 8th of May

2019. It took place at sports center which is located in the University of Lagos, Akoka. Where necessary facilities were made available to ensured the success of the Tournament.

In these tournament every interested individual of the mass communication department participated irrespective of their levels/year. Each athletes represented their respective levels and performed according to their various capacity and ability. They were cheered by fellow athletes and non athletes.




The HOD Cup involved activities such as debate,Sports, Music, dancing, and fun experiences.

It also created an interesting arena for interaction, team spirit, and workmanship. The winners of each games ranging from the 1st to 3rd were awarded with medals.The gold medal were given to the 1st, silver to the 2nd position, and lastly, bronze to the 3rd.

OUR source spoke to one the athletes, In person of DANIEL , a 100Level student who participated in the sports, precisely in volley ball and 400 meter race. He said 'it been wonderful with very wonderful team members, all i can say is great work to all my members and all Thanks to GOD'. He also admitted that he hope to participate in next years HOD games.

He won the gold medal for his team in the 400 meter race.




                                          

Another athlete in person of Aphrodite she said ' she enjoyed the games a lot.

The 100 Level students won the football match and took home the gold medal and HOD cup.


It was a very wonderful experience which ended with fun, music and jubilation Campus Journalist.
